13. Return Authorization (RMA)

3. If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for sending the item back.
4. Unauthorized returns or those without an RMA will not be accepted or refunded.
5. Refunds and Processing
ï‚· Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned product.
ï‚· Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to process.
ï‚· Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
ï‚· Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is approved due to our error.
6. Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order is processed and handed to the carrier, it cannot be canceled or modified.

7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please follow these steps:
1. Report the issue within 3 business days of receiving the package.
2. Provide the following details to orders@halstedhealth.com :
o Order number
o Photos of the damaged item(s), packaging, and shipping label
o Description of the issue (e.g., broken seal, torn packaging, missing contents)
3. Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange one of the following:
o A replacement shipment at no additional cost, or
o A full or partial refund to your original payment method.
We may request that you keep the damaged product and packaging for carrier
inspection before processing the claim.

8. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but not received:
ï‚· First, check with neighbors, household members, or your local postal carrier, as packages are sometimes left in alternate locations.
ï‚· Wait 24–48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before final drop-off.
If the package is still missing:
1. Contact us at orders @ halstedhealth.com with your order number.
2. We will assist you in opening a carrier investigation to track or confirm the package status.
3. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.

9. Limitations
ï‚· We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your address before checkout.
ï‚· Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we cannot guarantee reimbursement unless a carrier investigation confirms loss.
ï‚· Claims submitted after 7 business days from the marked delivery date may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Shipping Availability
Standard shipping rates apply to deliveries within the 50 states of United States. At this time, we are unable to ship to U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Processing
ï‚· Orders are typically processed within 24 business hours of receipt.
ï‚· Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. PST on Fridays will begin processing on the next business day (Monday).
ï‚· We currently do not offer overnight or Saturday delivery options.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Most standard orders arrive within 1–3 business days once shipped. However, estimated timeframes are as follows:
ï‚· Economy Shipping: 7–10 business days
ï‚· Standard Shipping: 1–5 business days (varies by location and carrier availability)
Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the carrier and external factors beyond our control. Carriers may include UPS, FedEx, or
USPS, and we are unable to accommodate requests for specific carriers or signed deliveries.
Certain items—such as oversized packages, freight shipments, or special-order products—may require additional handling time.
